(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are warning people who visited Portland International Airport on the evening of March 24th of a case of measles involving a child who passed through the airport briefly.  The Multnomah County Health Department says the infant child was diagnosed with measles after returning from an overseas trip.  The department says people who visited the airport on the evening of the 24th should be checked by a physician.
