(Arlington, WA)  --  Officials say 36 people are confirmed dead and ten remain missing following the March 22nd mudslide in Snohomish County, Washington.  Thirty-two of the victims have been identified by the County Medical Examiner's Office.  Army Corps of Engineers personnel are building an emergency berm at the site of the Oso mudslide so crews can search under several feet of water for the missing people.
