(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Trail Blazers tip their 2015-16 NBA season tomorrow against the Pelicans at the Moda Center.  Portland swept the season series between the two teams last year, 3-0.  The Blazers finished the preseason 3-and-4 after suffering a six-point loss to the Clippers in Los Angeles last Thursday.  Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
