(Houston, TX)  --  Mariners manager Scott Servais is making a tough decision.  Servais is yanking one-time great Felix Hernandez from the starting rotation and moving him to the bullpen.  It will be the first time in King Felix's career he's been used as a reliever.  Hernandez has a 5.73 ERA in 23 starts this season.
