(Stanford, CA)  --   Justin Herbert picked apart the Stanford defense as number-13 Oregon beat the Cardinal 21-6 in northern California Saturday.  Herbert threw for 259 yards and three scores while Jacob Breeland had five catches for 78 yards and two touchdowns.  CJ Verdell had 82 yards rushing on 24 carries in the win.  After a bye week this week, the Ducks will host number-16 Cal at Autzen Stadium October Fifth.  The Cardinal will travel north to Corvallis to face the Beavers Saturday.
