MLB Union Resoundingly Rejects League Restart Plan

(Undated)  --  Major League Baseball's Players' Association is resoundingly rejecting the league's 50-game plan to begin the season.  That's according to a statement from union head Tony Clark, who says the players will not take another pay cut.  The owners previously rejected the players' 114-game proposal.
