Players Reject Latest MLB Offer

(Undated)  --  The Major League Baseball Players Association is rejecting the league's latest offer to resume the season.  MLBPA executive director Tony Clark told the league over the weekend that they no longer wished to negotiate and wanted the MLB to set a schedule.  When the two sides first started negotiating in March, the league was granted the right to set a shorter scheduled with players receiving prorated pay.
