(Lincoln, AL)  --  The FBI has concluded that NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace was not the target of a hate crime.  After a noose was found in Wallace's stall at Talladega this past weekend, the FBI determined it had been a garage pull that had been there possibly as far back as last fall.  Wallace defended NASCAR's investigation into the matter and said he won't be deterred by any allegations of a hoax.
