Indy 500 Lifting Broadcast Blackout

(Indianapolis, IN)  --  The Indy 500 is set for August 23rd, where fans are permitted at 25 percent capacity.  Indianapolis Motor Speedway is also lifting the local broadcast blackout for just the second time in almost seven decades.  IMS says it's implementing strict testing and mask requirements for fans.  Under the current guidelines, IMS can let in around 87-thousand people.
