(Renton, WA) -- Jamal Adams' contract standoff with the Seahawks has come to an end. The NFL Network is reporting that the Seahawks signed Adams to a four-year deal worth 70 million dollars. The new contract pays Adams an average of 17-point-5 million dollars per year, making him the NFL's highest-paid safety. The 25-year-old Adams will get 38 million guaranteed. Adams had nine-and-a-half sacks for Seattle last season.
