Turning to college baseball, the Oregon State Beavers move up two spots to #5 in this week's national ratings by 'D-1 baseball dot com.'  the Beavs took 2 out of three games at Washington State this past weekend opening up conference play to improve to 11-and-2 overall.

Tonight, OSU hosts Grand Canyon in a non-league two-game mini-series through tomorrow.

Surprisingly, Oregon, after claiming a 3-game series at 2nd ranked Stanford, did not crack into the top-25. The 10-and-6 Ducks are idle until Friday when they host Utah.

After the series loss to the beavers, Stanford slipped down to #12. Arizona remains 16th, and Gonzaga is at #25.
