(Undated) -- Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll is reportedly calling out NFL owners over the lack of minority hires in the league. According to ESPN, Carroll spoke for 10 minutes during last week's annual owner meetings and told his fellow coaches and general managers that things won't improve in regards to the hiring of minorities until the league's owners accept there are candidates out there that are unlike themselves. ESPN is also reporting that owners weren't pleased with what Carroll had to say. The NFL has instituted a policy that every team must hire a minority as an offensive assistant for the upcoming season.
