(Undated) -- The Cougars are losing one of their top scorers from last season. Guard Noah Williams entered the transfer portal on Tuesday as he has two years of eligibility left. Williams was Washington State's third-leading scorer last season at 9.5 points per game. He started 65 games of the 91 he played for the Cougars over three seasons. Williams did struggle last season as he shot 33.2-percent from the field.
