Mariners Beat Rangers In Series Opener

(Seattle, WA) -- The Mariners are opening their home series with a victory. Seattle beat the Rangers 6-2 at T-Mobile Park. Robbie Ray picked up his second win after allowing two runs over six frames. Eugenio Suárez added a three-run homer, while Abraham Toro and Jarred Kelenic also went deep in the victory. The Mariners have won four of five to improve to 6-and-5. Seattle sends right-hander Logan Gilbert to the mound tonight.
