The AAA American Legion baseball tournament continues in Roseburg today. Yesterday saw two teams eliminated from title contention as Roseburg was sent packing after a 3-1 loss at the hands of the Post 6 Barbers, and Sherwood was ousted after losing 14-4 to Medford.

The two finalists, Medford, and the Barbers meet this afternoon at 2 pm to decide a state champion. Medford is still without a loss, so if they can’t get it done in game one, there will be a second shot at 5 pm.

Medford is hunting their 17th pennant, while a Portland area team hasn't won a title since 1998.
