Former Summit Storm and Oregon Duck Cam McCormick is seeking a 9th year of eligibility. McCormick has suffered numerous injuries since going to the U of O in 2016. The current Miami Hurricane is asking the ACC to let him play in the 2024 season.

The Seahawks signed veteran Cornerback Artie Burns to the 53 player roster yesterday in an effort to help an ailing defensive backfield. Carolina visits Lumen Field Sunday.

Pitcher Luis Castillo’s 14th win puts the Ms into a 2nd place tie with the Rangers in the West, a half game behind Houston. Seattle can sweep the series against the As today. The Portland Timbers are back in a playoff spot after Sunday night’s win over Austin. They can solidify their position in the Western Conference standings when they take on San Jose tonight at 7:30
