Beavers Baseball Beats Texas Tech...Ducks Basketball Tonight

College Baseball:

Number 3 (or 4, or 7, or 8 depending which poll you like) Oregon State beat number 19 Texas Tech 10 to 4 in Arlington Texas yesterday. The Beavers stay in Arlington to take on Arkansas tomorrow night.

College Softball:

The Ducks and Beavers will both be in Southern California this week for the Mary Nutter Classic starting with double-headers today.

Number 23 Oregon faces Central Florida. First Pitch is at 2:30, and then they play Baylor later this afternoon.

Oregon State has Wisconsin at 11:30 and Bethune Cookman after that game.

College Hoops:

The Oregon State Men are last in the Pac 12 having lost 6 in a row. The Beavers will try to stop the streak tonight. They play at Cal starting at 7 .

The Ducks are in third place in the conference, with a chance to make up ground and solidify their NCAA tournament resume. Oregon is at Stanford tonight. Coverage starts at 7:30. Tip-off is at 8 here on KBND.

College Football:

Oregon will not play Hawaii next season. The Ducks have conflicts with their Big 10 schedule and playing against Oregon State. The Ducks were set to open the 2024 campaign in Honolulu.

NFL:

The Seahawks are not likely to franchise tag Defensive Lineman Leonard Williams. The window opened Tuesday for teams to declare their intentions to keep players under contract. Williams was acquired in a trade last season but the cap hit is more than Seattle reportedly wants to absorb.

San Francisco is not likely to put the franchise tag on any players either.
