NBA Commissioner Adam Silver just announced he has banned L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling for life from the NBA.  Sterling has also been fined 2.5 million dollars, the maximum allowable under NBA rules.  Silver also urged the Board of Governors to force Sterling to sell the team.
