The average price of a pound of ground beef climbed to another record high in February, hitting $4.238 per pound. A year ago, the average price for a pound of ground beef was $3.555 per pound. The newest weapon in the breakfast wars is a biscuit shaped like a taco. Taco Bell is launching a "biscuit taco" this week and ditching its "waffle taco," which last year was included in the chain's breakfast menu.
