The event will be held starting at 4 P.M. at the new plant site off of Skyliners Road.

This new plant will help the city meet the new state and federal laws that require the city to treat for cryptosporidium, a parasite that causes gastrointestinal illness.

The project will include a new two story membrance filtration facility and stormwater facilities.
