BEND, OR -- Gunfire broke out during a southeast Bend traffic stop, Friday night. Police continue to investigate the incident, which occurred at about 8:15 p.m., near Third and Badger Road.
Two men were in the car at the time, and one was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound.
Limited information has been released, but Bend Police officials say the officer on scene witnessed the incident and was not involved in the shooting.
