BEND, OR -- A portion of the Bend Parkway was closed for nearly an hour, Saturday afternoon, after a two-car crash just north of the Revere onramp.

Police say Kyle Savage, of Bend, was speeding and using his cell phone when he drifted into the left lane and collided with an SUV. Savage lost control and rolled his car, which landed on its wheels.
