Bend Man Arrested at Utah Festival

PROVO, UT -- A 19-year-old Bend man faces charges in Utah, after he allegedly brought about $25,000 worth of drugs to festival near Provo. Sean Robert McDonald was arrested Sunday, at the Colors Festival in Spanish Fork. He was traveling with a 17-year-old male and two females ages 16 and 17. 

 

A Utah County deputy saw a car parked on the sidewalk and suspected the group was smoking marijuana. A search of their vehicle turned up more than 700 ecstasy pills, eight vials of LSD, cocaine, pot, and other drugs. The Gephardt daily reports the parents of the girls thought their daughters were at a Colors Festival in Portland. One mother drove to Utah and brought all three younger teens back home.
 
McDonald was booked on suspicion of possession of LSD, cocaine, dabs, marijuana, Xanax and ecstasy, with intent to distribute; child endangerment, DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on the sidewalk.
