MADRAS, OR -- A woman was killed in a Tuesday evening crash, in northeast Madras. Police were dispatched to Louks Road near Lakeside Drive, just before 8:45 p.m.
Investigators believe the 26-year-old Madras woman was westbound when she lost control and veered off the road. Melissa Wallace was pronounced dead at the scene.
Alcohol and speed are believed to have been contributing factors to the crash.
