PRINEVILLE, OR -- A Bend man was killed in a Friday night crash in Crook County. Oregon State Police responded to the single-vehicle rollover on Highway 27 at about 9 p.m. and determined the driver was deceased.

Investigators say 51-year-old Mark Alan Hiatt was southbound when he left the road for an unknown reason. He drove onto the shoulder and crashed into a dirt bank, flipping his pickup. Alcohol is being considered as a factor in the crash.
