Investigators say 20-year-old Cody Bean was southbound on Butler Market when a dark colored passenger car turned in front of him at Hamby Road, just before 10 a.m.  Bean swerved to avoid a collision and lost control of his pickup. It rolled, trapping him inside. He was extricated by Bend Fire personnel and later taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
