SALEM, OR -- A six month ban on flavored vaping products goes into effect today. Oregon retailers are no longer allowed to sell certain flavored vaping products for the next six months. The ban includes both tobacco and marijuana flavored vaping products, but not all, says OLCC Director Steve Marks. He says people will still be allowed to vape natural Marijuana Turpeens under the temporary rule. The Oregon Health Authority is dealing with the tobacco side of the vaping product ban, while the OLCC is handling the marijuana products.
