WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Department of Defense has announced that the remains of 18-year old Army Corporal Norvin Dale Brockett, of Powell Butte who died in the Korean War,was accounted for this summer. The remains were part of dozens of boxes of remains turned over to the United States by North Korea a year ago. In December 1950, Brockett was reported missing in action after his unit was attacked by enemy forces in North Korea. Brockett will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
