LA PINE, OR -- A La Pine family that had a fire at their home last December were victims of another fire Sunday night. Chief Mike Supkis says last year’s blaze at the home on Pine Forest Road was an electrical fire in a wall. He says the cause of Sunday’s fire has not been determined but residents said the home had on-going electrical issues. The home and all of the contents were destroyed. No one was injured but a family dog died. Firefighters had to shuttle 25-thousand gallons of water to fight the blaze as there are no hydrants in the area. The Red Cross provided shelter and other help for the displaced family.
