PRINEVILLE, OR -- The man found in Ochoco Creek has been identified as 64-year-old Brian Lee Colbert. He was found beneath a bridge at St. Charles Way, east of Combs Flat Road in Prineville at about 5:30PM. Police have determined there was no criminal acts or signs of struggle. The policed noted the bridge is an area where homeless community has gathered on the past. Colbert had a history of mental illness and had been visited by the Police on one previous occasion when they pulled him from the river.
