UMATILLA, OR -- A 68-year-old Prineville man has died at Two Rivers Correctional Institute in Umatilla. Terry Lee Allen was convicted of attempted murder in 2013 for firing shots at his daughter’s home in Tumalo. Allen went to prison in 2015 and was not expected to be released before November 2022. Corrections officials announced Tuesday that Allen died in hospice at Two Rivers on Monday evening.
