BEND, OR -- In recognition of Native American Heritage Month, COCC is presenting two free concerts this week. Musician Clem Picard, a member of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, will perform Native flute music tonight and tomorrow night. Tonight’s concert is in the Community Room at the COCC Madras campus at 6-o’clock. Picard performs again tomorrow night in White Hall on the Bend campus at 6-o’clock.
