BEND, OR -- A Prineville man was arrested Tuesday morning after colliding with another vehicle, causing a traffic jam on Highway 97. Police say 32 year old Timothy Leahy Junior was southbound near Grandview Drive about 7-yesterday morning when his Jeep crossed all lanes of traffic and collided with a Honda, driven by 30-year old Joseph Soto of Bend. The Jeep rolled and blocked northbound lanes of Highway 97. Both drivers were treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries. Police then arrested Leahy for DUII-drugs and Reckless Driving.
