REDMOND, OR -- The City of Redmond is a step closer to approving a 40-acre land donation from Deschutes County. Mayor George Endicott says the donation agreement will be finalized at an early December meeting. The donation is the linchpin to the Skyline Village Project which will include both affordable and market rate housing.  Endicott says the project is a positive step toward more housing which is needed here and across the state.
