SISTERS, OR -- The Oregon State Police responded to a reported utility line down in Sisters at about 5-o’clock on Tuesday as a result of a dump truck leaving its box in the “up” position. The truck reportedly drove from Highway 20 toward Locust in Sisters. The owner of the dump truck company was contacted and reported to be Robinson and Owen Heavy Construction. State police say there were no obvious signs of damage to any trucks in the fleet and the incident is still under investigation.
