BEND, OR -- A Utah man is in jail in Bend following a Friday night high speed chase that started in Harney County. The driver ended up in Deschutes County where he led a deputy on a chase that reached 115-to-120 miles an hour. Police used spike strips to slow the vehicle which eventually led to the driver’s arrest at gunpoint. 21 year old Blair Nathanial Titus of Salt Lake City is facing 7-charges including drug and weapons violations.  Police also learned a 21 year old woman in the car had a Restraining Order against Titus. The woman was not arrested.
