BEND, OR -- A man who was found on a stage last Saturday morning at Les Schwab Amphitheater has been identified. Bend Police Lieutenant Juli McConkey says Bend Fire and Rescue attempted lifesaving efforts but the man was dead. She says 49 year old Damon H. Roberson, identified as a Bend area transient, was not a victim of foul play. McConkey says, "The officers were able to view surveillance video and with the help of the Old Mill got video's quickly. It was determined Roberson was alone and death was an accident." She says the investigation is now closed.
