Crater Lake Park, OR -- Crater Lake National Park has started ranger led snowshoe walks for the 2019-20 season. The free walks take place Saturdays, Sundays and holidays except Christmas, through April 26th. The walks begin at 1-p.m. and last about 2-hours covering 1-to-2-miles of moderate to strenuous terrain. Space is limited and reservations are required. Call the Crater Lake Park Visitor Center to make a snowshoe walk reservation. Participants must be at least 8 years old.
