BEND, OR -- Oregon Senator Ron Wyden is in Bend tomorrow for a Wild and Scenic River Forum. Wyden says the forum is designed for citizens to educate and give him input about their priorities for the rivers they want designated as Wild and Scenic. Wyden says he believes recreation has become a significant economic engine in Oregon. He says there are more than 21-hundred miles of Wild and Scenic Rivers in Oregon, the most in the lower 48 states. The forum starts at 10-tomorrow morning at the Bend Park and Recreation District on Columbia Street
