Monica Vines at COCC says they offer a 2-year certificate in Addiction Studies and also an Associate’s Degree for those who want to transfer to a four year college. Vines says many COCC students take the 2-year certificate program in part because demand for addiction counselors is strong throughout Central Oregon.
