Redmond Police Use Narcan To Save Man's Life; Bust Alleged Drug Dealer

REDMOND, OR -- Redmond Police say they were able to save a man’s life a by using Narcan. Police were called last Wednesday to a possible drug overdose where they found an 18 year old man unconscious, without a heartbeat and not breathing. Police used the Narcan and the man was revived and later released from a hospital. Investigators learned the man had taken a potentially lethal dose of Opiods he allegedly got from 18 year old Albino Jose Reyes. Police used a search warrant and found evidence of drug dealing including crack cocaine, LSD, prescription drugs, 6-thousand cash and a handgun. Reyes is jailed on weapon and drug charges.
