SALEM, OR --Yesterday the Oregon State Senate passed 2 resolutions honoring the 2020 Rose Bowl Champion Oregon Ducks. One resolution recognized the entire team and the other singled out Rose Bowl Offensive Most Valuable Player, quarterback Justin Herbert. Herbert ran for 3 touchdowns in the win, but Senate President Peter Courtney said it was how Herbert represented his school and his state off the field that makes him special.
