BEND, OR -- Two Deschutes County Sheriff Sergeants have been placed on administrative leave. Last week Deputy Patrol Sergeant Deke DeMars was placed on paid leave pending the olutcome of an inquiry into alleged agency policy violations.  Yesterday, Patrol Sergeant Kevin Dizney was placed on paid leave pendimng an inquiry into alleged agency policy violations. No other information has been released.
