BEND, OR -- Police have arrested a man in connection with an arson at Crown Villa RV Park on February 9th. Police got a call of a rollover wreck on Powell Butte Highway north of Butler Market Road at 4-30 Friday afternoon and were told the driver fled the scene. A man was spotted hiding in trees near McGrath Road and was taken into custody after a brief foot chase. 59 year old Bryan Lindley of Bend is accused of the arson fire of a motorhome he owns with his estranged wife. Lindley now jailed on charges of Arson, Reckless Endangering, and Domestic Violence.
