BEND, OR -- A Deschutes County Deputy has been cited for operating a vehicle which caused a three vehicle wreck. Deputy Clint Baltzor, was headed to a SWAT call in Terrebonne with lights and siren on January 5th . Bend Police Lieutenant Juli McConkey says there were two cars in the left lane and one car in the right lane. The vehicles in the left were unable to get into the right lane. The vehicles in the left lane came into a barrier where the 3 car wreck occurred. Baltzor ended up being cited for his speed of travel. McConkey says state law says an emergency vehicle must not exceed any designated speed limit to an extent which endangers persons or property
