SUNRIVER, OR -- The Deschutes County Road Department will work this week and periodically through April to remove 50 trees along roadway corridors near Sunriver. The trees are dead and diseased and pose a public safety hazard. The trees are near South Century Drive east of Sunriver and the Cottonwood Drive corridor north of Sunriver. Drivers using roadway corrdiors should watch for signs and be aware of crews working in the area.
