BEND, OR -- A fight broke out yesterday afternoon in downtown Bend. About 35 poeple were chanting and waving signs at the intersection of Wall Street and Newport Avenue to protest Kentucky grand jury’s ruling in the case of Breonna Taylor. According to Bend Police, a 32-year-old Bend woman was arguing with a 39-year-old man, also from Bend, when the woman sprayed the man with mace. The woman reported no injuries and didn’t wish to press charges. The man also declined to press charges.  He was treated by paramedics who arrived on scene. Neither were arrested.
