BEND,L OR -- Sheriff Shane Nelson says Deschutes County’s Sheriff’s Office lent a helping hand to Lane County last Friday amid the aftermath of the Holiday Farm Fire. Nelson says their deputies are assisting with roadblocks and helping protect residential property. He states that they are offering support towards the rebuild of the community and the homes they’ve lost. Nelson says officials have narrowed the list of missing persons in Lane County from over two-hundred people down to seven.
