REDMOND, OR -- Redmond Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Carlos Lopez, a person of interest in a shooting Saturday morning. Lt. Petersen states they responded to a report of a male who had been shot with a firearm. The victim is a 31-year-old male with no address who was airlifted with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, to St. Charles Bend. Lopez is approximately 5’10”, 157-pound Hispanic male with short hair and a mustache.
