BEND, OR -- Bend Parks and Rec is offering a limited space all-day childcare program at Bend elementary schools. They function well despite COVID by keeping the classes small and separated. Communications Manager Julie Brown says that their hope is being able to continue the program once school has kids in the classroom regularly.
